Returns
Last updated: July 2026
We want every poster to arrive in the condition it left the press. Because each print is made to order, our returns policy centres on putting right anything that arrives defective or damaged rather than on general exchanges of a correctly produced item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your poster arrives with a printing fault or is damaged in transit, we will make it right. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to report the problem to us. Within that window we will arrange a replacement of the same design or, where that is not possible, a refund.
How to Report an Issue
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo showing the defect or damage. The photo lets us see what went wrong, confirm it quickly and prepare your replacement without delay. Please get in touch before disposing of the item or its packaging, as the packaging can help us understand transit damage.
What Happens Next
Once we have your report and photo, we review it and confirm the resolution by email. A replacement is produced and dispatched in the same way as your original order. Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method after we have confirmed the fault.
Made-to-Order Items
Since posters are printed individually for you rather than held in stock, we are not able to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. Natural, minor variation in colour or trim is a normal part of the printing process and is not treated as a defect. If you are unsure whether an issue qualifies, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy sits alongside the rights you hold under applicable consumer law, which are not affected by anything stated here.
