This page sets out how your poster is made and how it reaches you. Because every piece is produced individually, the timeline has two stages: production first, then delivery.

Production

Each poster is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, our European print partner prepares and prints it on heavy stock. Production usually takes a couple of business days before the item is ready to dispatch. During busy periods this stage can run a little longer, and we will let you know if anything unusual delays your order.

Delivery Across the EU

We ship throughout the European Union. After production is complete, delivery within the EU typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your country and the carrier serving your address. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Dispatch and Tracking

Your poster is sent directly from the print facility. When it leaves for delivery you receive a confirmation email, and where the carrier provides tracking we include the details so you can follow its progress.

Packaging

Prints are packed to travel safely, rolled in a sturdy tube or sent flat and protected according to size, so they arrive ready to frame.

Addresses and Delays

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering, since an incomplete address is the most common cause of a parcel going astray. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its handling and timing are outside our direct control, though we will always help you follow up if something seems delayed.
